Multi-Love has
been described by Andy Beta of NPR: "Nielson's
falsetto frays into a rasp and plea: "Multi-love got me on my knee / We
were one then become three / Mama, what have you done to poor me / Now I'm
half-crazy." Polyamory, which translates from Greek and Latin as
"multi-love," lies at the heart of Nielson's album, documenting a
moment in his life wherein his longtime marriage found itself opened to an
outsider. Ecstatic and graceless, loving yet threatened, comforted yet
alienated, Nielson explores these complex interactions on his strongest album to
date."
My experience from this album is not just the emotional complexity of
it, but the musical complexity as well. It makes sense to have a change in pace
and sound when your emotional state is tumultuous. I can't wait to see
these guys live. At any time, an artist truly explores their emotional state as
though no one is watching is rare to find.

I was at this place last week. This is such a joy as a place for food! I had a beautiful time at event venue here. It reminded me of another center in Memphis, Tennessee. A beautiful, wonderful place that had excellent atmosphere.
