Shaky Knees Artist Spotlight ::: Young The Giant

When it comes to describing Young The Giant, you can really only say they are dense with diversity. But what you can't say is that they are garbage at performing live.
In 2010, Young The Giant released their self titled debut album with waves of praise. There isn't a genre that they don't pay some type of homage to. With bangers like "My Body" and "Apartment" it became very evident that much more was coming from them. With so much diversity in their music, the one constant is Sameer Gadhia's vocal accomplishments. The man can croon.

I remember first hearing of Young The Giant when they performed on the Mtv VMAs in 2011. They recruited 250 local (and fiercely loyal) fans to accompany them for their debut. It was powerful, lively, and peaked my interest. Check out these babes. They are in the process of finishing up their third album and I'm on pins and needles to hear them dominate again.

It goes without saying that Young The Giant will be seeing many audiences burst to life in their future.  If you ever get the chance to see them perform - do it.
